Return and Exchange Policy
SHIPPING
The charges for all shipping, including within India as well as International, will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
RETURNS
Our garments are on a made-to-order basis, specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
We urge you to carefully consider your size when buying from Ready-To-Ship category and opt for customization if the garment requires alterations, as post purchase alteration fee will be applicable on any and all alterations required.
NOTE: Sale pieces are not applicable for return or exchange under any circumstances.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
Our policy states that we do not provide refunds for any items sold. Goods once sold can not be exchanged. The original shipping charges and duties will also not be refunded. However, if you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective or different from what you expected, you may return it within 2 days of delivery. The merchandise should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging and tags.
Please note that we do not guarantee any exchanges, returns, or replacements, but we may offer to repair the faulty item, if possible.

TAXES & DUTIES
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
